Ouch! That was a stressful hour.

We host CrackBerry.com with a really high end, Tier 1 provider, and their whole service went down for about an hour, meaning CrackBerry.com was down for the same time. We were down from 3:45 - 4:45pm CST on Wednesday, June 13th, 2007.

Apparently they had a problem with their data center. The universe is now back in alignment and we are good to go once again!

Sorry for the inconvenience! I guess we were do, but it had better never happen again!!

I almost paniced as well. Then again not too many people talk to me around here lol. I'll just hug my berry and everything will be okay....

I got a question if you need to download the blackberry desktop manager 4.5 with media manager how long will it take. I just spent nearly an hour trying to download it and only got 30% done had to stop because of my battery in my laptop. Can anybody help
