Can't post new topic in VZW board
I have been trying to post a new thread in the VZW board, but every time I click on "New Topic" it takes me to the log in/register screen.

I just logged in as a user and created a new thread without any problem. See the post by "Test Account" in the Verizon forum.

Must be an Internet Explorer issue. Works fine on google chrome. I haven't gotten it to work on my IE browser, though.

What are your settings for Internet Options Security and Privacy? I have Security set at Medium-High (default) and Privacy set at Medium.
My OS is Windows 7 64-bit.
I usually use Chrome or Firefox (running the 4.0 Beta 1 currently), but I am able to start new threads using IE8, Chrome or Firefox 4.0 Beta 1.Last edited by lak611; 07-17-2010 at 05:18 PM.

I have it all at medium. I haven't had problems in any other forums. I started this thread on my IE8 browser before... I just don't get it. It is kinda like it logs me out.

Is the problem only in the Verizon forum? Can you post in other forums?
Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com
Sorry, I see you answered my question before I asked it! It seems like the forum backroom guys need to look at the Verizon forum to see if there's anything different about it. I'll pass this on to them. - 07-18-2010, 02:44 PM #12
The only suggestion I got from the Forum Admins was that you clear your cache and cookies. Have you tried that?

Yes. I clear my cache and cookies often. I guess I will just use Google Chrome for browsing/posting on CB.

Chrome works well. I gave up on IE because it crashed so frequently. Firefox works much better for me on CrackBerry than did IE.
