why is crackberry online shopping site loads really slow?

It happens consitently for the past few months now. I use firefox 3.02 & IE 7 browsers. Why hasn't admin fix this issue?

I've tried buying some stuff (50% off), and all I got was server errors.

Tried e-mailing the support, but they haven't even replied

Hey Lemos,

The software store is powered for us by Mobihand. It seems like they're having some slow down issues. I've escalated the issue and hopefully will be running fine soon. The blogs/forums/accessory store (powered by us) are all good to go though.
