    When I ignore a user, and I post a new thread, will that ignored user be able to see my thread? Will he be able to see what I typed?

    You are ignoring them. They aren't ignoring you necessarily.

    You do not have the ability to control what other people can see.

    So PK, if I ignore someone they can't post in a thread I make? They'll be able to see it, but won't be able to do anything about it?

    They can post in it, you just won't see it. It will show that they posted, but it will say that they are on your ignore list.

    You could ask someone to ignore you too, but it wouldn't be polite to ignore them while you do it.
