    I had a query about non-delivery of a Priv case (despite showing "delivered" on tracking this am). It was explained to me that Canada Post often do this indicating it was at the delivery depot. She has started an enquiry nonetheless, so no worries this end. I just wanted to report how satisfactory and reassuring this exchange was. Excellent customer service !
