    Hey, just wondering if im the only one with this problem. For the past few days, crackberry has stopped opening when i use MS Edge browser (on the latest official version available).

    Whether i click a CB link, or even type crackberry.com, it will always have the same behavior; it literally downloads the webpage. As in, it acts as if I was downloading a file. My only enabled extensions are ghostery and ublock origin, and even when they are disabled the same behavior occurs.

    This guy has explained perfectly the issue and some people offered a solution which he says worked for his page.

    That's odd. I'm posting this using Edge (v 38.14393.0.0). No issues, as you can see. I opened this page from an email message. I also opened a new tab and entered crackberry.com from the address bar.

    My only extensions are LastPass and Adblock Plus (ABP is disabled).

    Almost all my Edge settings are set to default.

    That's very interesting, when I use private browser it seems to work fine...
    I cant recall changing any settings within the last week though...

    edit:
    im getting this error in the console
    HTML1527: DOCTYPE expected. Consider adding a valid HTML5 doctype: "<!DOCTYPE html>".

    Oddly enough, its working today just like it alwayshas been. I didn't change any settings at all...

    Yeah very strange. I've had a lot of issues with edge at various times though so who knows.

    So just wanted to give a heads-up to people who may be experiencing it.
    The issue is ublock origin's adblocker extension and MS edge's handling of it. It works when the plugin is uninstalled, simply turning it off wont help.
    MS seems to know about this and their latest "test" build seems to have fixed it according to this page
