I looked into this as much as possible. I can't see any reason the site should be blocking you. We do block some IP addresses used by spammers but there were no recent changes which may have impacted HK. There is no IP blocking on any of the addresses you have used.
As pkcable points out, your first post appears to have been made from a computer, or possibly from your phone via wifi (same path as from a PC). If you have a WiFi-broadband connection which works from your phone but not from a computer, it is possible the PC has a firewall or antivirus software which is blocking the connection.
If the problem continues please post back the exact message (text) you see when blocked, and if it is a "web page" message please include the page address from the browser's headers.
