    My classic runs stock os 10.3.1. The hub as well as the phone app displays call records of only 3 days. I remember my q10 running os 10.2.1 displayed call records of atleast 15 days. My call logs are really important!! Can I extend it??? Please Help!!!

    seems to be bug in the os, i have stl100.2 running 10.3.1 and have call log back dated 16 days old.

    Now I notice, it's not even day wise! When I receive calls, few call entries are deleted from the bottom. It's number specific I guess! However it's annoying cause the purpose of me using a BlackBerry was 15 days+ call log. Is there any way you can change it manually???

    The reason you use blackberry is for the 15 day call log? Is this something that is unique to blackberry? I'm honestly curious and never checked before.

    My call log extend to January 31 which should be the day I bought my Classic. I checked this in the phone app, since I turned off the visualization of calls in the hub.

    Yeah, the retention time of call logs is rather confusing. I see no setting for it anywhere either.

    I do not think it is necessary to turn off the hub visualization to retain the log. Anyway in the hub options, for each account (and also for calls) you can specify if you want it in the hub or only separately.
