    On my Z30, Whenever I receive SMS, I see this Click here to download or your message is ready to be downloaded.. Why does it do that? Do I need to change some settings like MMS or something on my phone? It usually only happens when I get a text from someone using Android or Verizon or when it's multi-chat.
    Sometimes it just disappears and says "Message not found"

    How can I get rid of this extremely annoying problem?

    Sounds to me like either an APN setting is wrong(more then likely), or your carrier doesn't have your line provisioned correctly.

    Can you surf the web without WIFI, or any thing else that requires data on the cellular network?

    I can do everything just fine, except for this very odd SMS problem. Since AT&T doesn't offer Z30, I am not sure what they need to do, I remember calling them in the past to try and get LTE working and they know it was a BB device.

    If the SMS works from other devices, that is receiving without the message popping up, then the issue would be geared more towards the other devices, sort of. You also stated that it happens a bit with multi chat SMS messages. Multi chat messages are typically sent via MMS and not SMS per say. Do you have your MMS settings with the Toggle Auto Download being set?

    Oops. Wrong thread. Your settings are hub, menu "...", settings, text messages, way down bottom there is a drop down menu, change it to always.

    Auto Retrieval Mode, got it. Changed it to "Always".
