hey everyone. I recently started using my old 9780 again and am running into an issue that i haven't had before. My browser works on cellular network only. As soon as i turn on Wi-Fi, i have "communication error" on every webpage I try to open. Once I turn off Wi-Fi the page opens without a problem. Is there anything I can do to get past this problem? I don't want to have to use this phone without Wi-Fi so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello,

Try erasing history,cookies and previous data entries. Maybe a battery pull or soft reset may work. Did you try different WIFI connections?

Also might want to clear the memory by holding the alt key and pressing L G L G

On a side note, did you go from the Q10 back to your 9780? I'm thinking I might do the same. I miss the battery life on my 9780 and the simplicity it offered. Good luck and let us know!
