Has anyone got Blend to work over VPN? I did a search that brought me to the BlackBerry knowledge base saying it can be done by making a change to the VPN dialer.

I'm assuming this isn't something I can do and IT would have to do this (I have admin rights, but I think the Cisco any Connect is locked down).

Anyone who can get this working I'll owe you a beer.

Don't assume, try it. The instructions are there. The worst that can happen is you get a permission denied and confirm you need to bother IT.

If you have a locked down VPN at work, I can see how they can have a firewall in place to block Blend over VPN. Also, you'd need to bother IT.

Ya I said assumed because I can't get to the settings that the article refers to. Was wondering if anyone has done this and could provide additional guidance.

At this point it appears that my VPN is locked down sufficiently that I can't do this and can't use Blend during the time I'm in my laptop and during the time I need to use it.

Unfortunate, but I understand security before functionality
