    Hi guys. I am having issue with may passport hotspot. I'm in the UK and using 5 gb data plan on O2 network. Mobile hotspot is allowed. So I am able to set it and switch it on as well on the passport and my laptop and tablet recognise the connection but can't connect for some reason. Anyone's got any idea??? Thanks

    Same problem with here! Q10 was doing it fine on same network. I think its issue with Passport software. Internet tethering works fine

    What os are you guys on? I'm on PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.1151 and I can run mobile Hotspot no problem

    That's why I asked what os... Maybe you should be glad to know it's fixed in later builds

    Same problem here with the 10.3.0.908 release. Was able to use it prior to this update. Plus the screen hangs a lot. Glad I'm not the only one with the hotspot problem
