    Hi all,

I did a Blitz Update with Sachesi from 10.2.1 and I'm unable to launch any Android applications as they remain on the loading screen. Trying reinstall from Snap and it's stuck initializing.

    You're help is appreciated.

i've found that after i update certain updates thru snap, they won't run til i restart my ph...not sure if its related to the blitz. i can't recall when this began happening. i used blitz to update to 1154. prior to this i'd always done autoloaders.

what is stuck on processing? is it snap, or the installed app? have you tried deleting and reinstalling snap?

The endless processing loop shows when you install from snap or when you attempt to load an apk from the file manager.

I tried to delete and re-load snap. Doesn't help, still hangs. All current installed apk's have the green loading line.

Try removing google maps or other google apk you have installed.

Once rebooting with a new OS it takes up to 30 minutes to properly initialize the android runtime for the first time. If you tried to run an android app during that time, you can corrupt it.

Reload the two android bars with Sachesi. Reboot phone. Leave it alone for at least 30 minutes. That should do it.

If not, you'll have to do a security wipe.

    What conite says does help.

I've done several blitz upgrades and downgrades without an issue, but I always let the android runtime settle.

Doing a hard reset (hold both volume keys or top power button) has helped before as well.

If you DO start from scratch, without a restore, your phone will be like new. I did this after restoring updates after every autoloader and notifications work throughout the OS like never before for native and android apps.

Don't reinstall google maps. Try another android app without google maps or google login or any other google app you have installed.

I've reloaded the two android files via Sachesi, waiting 30 mins before I attempt to run an android app. Going to do a hard reset via volume keys will post back. I have noticed the lab substantially subdue since yesterday, my phone was so slow post update.

Just to be clear. Reboot first, then wait the 30 minutes.

I have same issue. I am still trying to solve this problem. This time after upgrade i didnt open any android app. I opened BBWorld and a message about android player asking permissions poped up twice. Never seen that message before. I will make a restart and see if that will fix it.

I hate to say it, but you might be looking at having to do a security wipe to clean out a corrupt setting. This will involve setting everything up from scratch.

"Ultimate Backup" is currently free in bbw. If you do not use cloud storage for your contact information, you could use this app.

    Yes, decrypt media card first.

I would avoid a Link backup/restore. Like I said, if your contact info is not in the cloud, use ultimate backup instead. You don't want to have any settings restored at all.

One thing you can try before a wipe. Delete all data from Amazon App store/ then sign in to App store afterward.
