    I have lost two of the native apps namely BBM and Browser. Even after reinstalling BBM from BlackBerry World I couldn't get it. There are others also who have complained the loss of media player...

    From 8703e till Z10. BB rocks!!!

    You have started a second thread for the same issue. Anyway, go to parental control settings and check if you've disabled browser & bbm there.

    Settings/Security&Privacy/Parental controls

    I've been told as well no app for BB10, so as my play book was only being used as a radio now, got an Ipad they app works on that

    No device gonna hack I think you have started parental control app in your device plz go to settings. Security and privacy then parental control. Ok

    I'd tried parental control but it's turned off now. And both the browser n bbm are turned on as well. Even though I don't see them.

    Then try an OS reload, I think your device is bugged. Hacking does not work that way

    Should have got an Android Tab, mine came with BBerry Blend -- of course my phone won't let me use it -- but it's there.
