Could it be downloads from Amazon App Store?
I think app stores and similar ones, fall in the payment options category.

Never seen a Payment Options - what apps have you installed recently? You may need to uninstall them one by one to find the culprit

I have 200 apps, I can't delete them one by one. I'm not buying too many apps that has such MBs any time in the recent past.

I see BlackBerry World usage as well.. I could not have crossed that limit with apps.

    No amazon app store.

Yep, sure looks like it, but unless you want to try and help us help you in determining what is root cause, there is not a thing we can do for you. Since you do not want to find which actual app or setting is causing this, I recommend performing a wipe of the device and leave it bare other than accounts for say 24 to 48 hours to see if the issue repeats.

And if you want at that time add 2 or 3 apps ad see if it repeats. Keep doing this till you determine what is causing the issue. But if you do decide to just reinstall everything and the issue returns, well, what can you say?????????????

While i appreciate you trying to help its not viable to wipe the device and start from the beginning for every issue i face. My smart phone is supposed to help me reduce my time and improve my productivity and not eat it :-(,

Is there any official way to report this bug?? How i can ask help formally with bb or reach experts in the community

Any other app stores? Spotify? Netflix etc?
I think the case is that the OS categorises android apps this way. Check out F-Secure's app permissions for this.

Here's mine. I don't have anything close to 200 apps (more like 20 or less) yet my BlackBerry world usage is a lot higher. I think you might just have a bad reporting from device monitor and you don't need to worry. Reset the data usage and do a hard reset on the phone (you don't lose anything) then check out again in a few days.

Thank you. How can i reset data usuage ? I tried hard reset 4-5 times. First i too thought that its false alert, but then i found a thread about excessive data usage by BBM, then had a relook at this.

Tap the three dots and chose data usage settings and set the date starting today. Or tomorrow, as you please. Then hard reset.

My experience with high data usage is when the device is polling a server to retrieve some data but it never does so it's stuck in constantly polling.

I had that problem with university email account. Some have had it with other accounts.

I've never seen payment options. Is there a way to end that process?
