It's only out for Android tablet (screen larger than 6 inches). There are posts on how to make it work on an Android smartphone, but only if it is rooted.

I can't get it to work on the Z10 thus far. Seems the screen size is the issue.

I tried today using both the standard app and a modified version to get passed the screen size issue, neither of the apps work. Both say that it fails to meet minimum hardware requirements, and I know screen size isn't the issue with the modified version so it's either an outdated android runtime or a lack of RAM being used in the runtime. Not sure how to bypass either of those issues.
