we have an old torch 9860 that we are trying to download old pictures. the memory was full on the device so we bought an sd card and saved all new pics to it. we can access the pics on the card but we are not able to view the pictures on the device, we know they are still there because when we try to take a picture it say memory full, delete pictures or add a memory chip. we have a lot of memories in these pictures (first 3 years of our daughters life) and would love to be able to get them off the phone.

any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You have encryption set? See if the file extension on those images has added rem at the end.
