    My iphone users are reporting they cannot open pdf or word docs. Excel is fine.

    Anyone sees this?

    Are your iphone users able to access these documents now? What was the solution?

    The work around is that the iphone users must save the document to their device first. We are on BES 10. Not certain if this is a failing of our backend email system or something to do with BES10. I'm thinking it's our email system.
