Hi,
Just installed the last deskstop software and cannot update to the 7.1 Pack 2807,
was able to do the update some times ago with the Pack 2061, it's just refusing now.
I received a message saying that an error ocured during the update and asking me to try again...
No error code.
I was thinking about a virus and installed McAffee but nothing found.
Any help would be great to solve my problem,

Have you tried downloading the OS, and installing from Loader.exe instead?

I wasn't aware of this method, is loader.exe a thrid party software or a part of the BB desktop ? And where to get the last OS (Pack 2807) ?

Btw, is there a posibility to have a virus/spyware in the OS (not in a app) and blocking any new update ?

OS download links are in the stickies at the top of this forum. Instructions should be with each, or follow the link in my signature.

Extremely unlikely you have a virus, like zero. You may be on a corporate phone, and they may block any upgrading.
