    Ok so I went to backup my device today, haven't done it in a few months, I know, I know, been busy, and when I connected it, BB link say device setup incomplete.

    I have read every crackberry post, blackberry support forum posts, uninstalled Link, drivers, rebooted several times, reinstalled, check drivers, etc. it will not connect to my Z10, is there anybody that has any suggestions

    Unfortunately this appears to be a fatal system error. I had the same issue and found no solution other than to backup using "Ultimate Backup" and autoload a new OS.
