    Is there an option to turn off the dialpad sound when you upgrade to 10.3?
    I don't like to turn my phone to silent mode as it kills all notification sound as well.

    wow seems from the lack of answers, it's still present in 10.3?
    how does long it take for them to fix this stupid annoyance.

    Should be tied to notification mode. If in a 'quiet 'mode they don't play. If in normal mode they do.
