    I can not determine the location of my Z30 when using BlackBerry Protect.

    Carrier released OS, BlackBerry Protect is turned on, location, traffic and Ads are all turned on. Wifi and wireless is working normally and on.

    Just getting a message saying "device is not responding".
    Am I missing something

    That happened to me recently - reboot the phone and see if that helps.

    Just curious if you tried refreshing the page? sometimes it wouldn't work until I refreshed.

    Does the maps app work properly on your z30? Also can u do the other functions of protect like remote lock and sound?
