    I am using 9860 for about 2 years, an excellent phone by the way. I wasn't able to activate mobile hot-spot, so I contacted customer care, for my carrier and blackberry, but none has any suggestions or solution.
    I am in India, and facing the same question for quite some time now. Kindly revert if possible.
