    I need to restore (write-back) data on 9360 (OS 7.1) from the saved files of Z10 data from my computer.

    My Z10 data is backed up on my computer through Blackberry Link.

    Now Z10 is not working and under repair.

    So i want this data of Z10 to be saved back (restored) on my old 9360.

    BlackBerry Link doesn't support 9360 !? It supports only OS10 and higher.

    And BlackBerry Desktop software doesn't support Z10 (OS 10)

    How do I get back my data, specially the contacts ?

    @Rajeev, Welcome to CB.

    I am 99% sure that Z10 back up can't be restored on an OS7 device. The 1% is for some geek who can do some workarounds.

    It seems you have wiped your 9360 and now want to write it back. If you have latest backup of 9360, you can restore that backup on 9360 via BB Desktop software.
