    Try restarting the device.
Option 2: remove battery then install again after 2 hours.

Do a search in BlackBerry World for Virtual Expert (free app). Once installed you can run diagnostics on all aspects of your phone inc the battery

have you seen my earlier posts regarding my own issue?
than you should just calm down and concentrate Okey?
I am not blind and neither first timer in BlackBerry ...
thanks for your deep concern but I have seen and read all the post you mentioned.
none of those posts you refer to have solve this issue 100% Okey... so what if I start a fresh topic?
    is it against your law?
there may be hundreds of posts just regards to battery issues but a few may give 100 % solution to this battery problem so please please...instead of reminding me try to give a solution that works for me and my z10

If it charges to 97% but lasts for a reasonable amount of time, I would not worry about it that much. Are there other problems, like only lasting 2 or 3 hours?

Try unplugging the charger when fully charged at 97% and plug back in (repeatably if necessary) . Sometimes mine will top out at 97 but will charge again to 100 after I plug it back in.
