Good day!

Just want to ask for your help in using SCEP profile on Wi-Fi profile.

Trying to use scep on wi-fi profile, but still, users are not being issued the certificates (username is required error when going to Wi-Fi profile)

I could activate a user, but getting a prompt 'activation completed with warnings: Wi-Fi profiles'


From the server, certificates are being issued



i have already have a ticket with BB, but unfortunately it's been 2 months and not yet resolved.

I'm running BES 10.2.3

Actually I'm testing it on my device first before deploying to all users.

Getting progress now. username and certificate being pushed to the device


However, password still being not populated


Any thoughts? thank you!

Have you set the password in the general profile or in the individual user profile?

Thanks. Password not set on either profile as authentication should be thru certificates.
