I wanted to know to what speed my processor was limited when you are working at battery saving modes.

I started geekbench but noticed it's still runs at full power!

Maybe it's 10 points lower but that's it.
The other thing I noticed when I check geekbench online I see 2.15ghz everywhere but mine is running at 2.27?

Or maybe BlackBerry found a way to burn less power at full processing power.

I've noticed many options in this os that don't actually do anything. I think they are just ui place holders for things that haven't been implemented yet.

I'm pretty sure it limits cpu power when not in need. But if an app demands full power it will deliver.
I'm not sure at all actually but that's what I think.
Also it doesn't seem to do much other than quickly disable some settings really
