    Could be s couple of things. Maybe try a different battery?

    Or I'm assuming you have rebooted? How does the battery discharge? Normally or fast?
    Maybe a reload of software.

    Firstly have reloaded the Os on my phone and it discharge faster dan expected, and also I use computer to charge at times

    How old is the phone? Has it had slot of use, could be that the battery won't charge up to 100% anymore due to age. You could try a different more powerful charger, see if that helps. It's unfortunate the Q5 doesn't have a swappable battery. Good luck

    Have you tried to let the battery fully drain? I had a similar situation once that it wouldn't charge more than 96%, let it drain next time and it worked.

    I read some where and worked for me also

    Let it charge upto 60% then remove the charger for some seconds and then connect again do like this for 3 to 5 times it will work for me
    My battery stops and 72% so I did like this and it worked for me
