    10.3.1.821 I cannot access the escreen, it says something like it doesnt support it anymore..I cant remember exactly. I am trying to eliminate carrier tethering, to enable my mobile hot spot.

    The cause of the issue was that for some reason my phone started saying there was no storage and it was acting up, so finally I updated the software, I basically did a wipe and restore to 10.3 and when I couldnt access the escreen I went back to 10.2.1.1055 and now I cant get my contacts from my backup so I need to go to 10.2.1.32... something or other.....
