    Hi. I am having so many problems with my verizon z30..One of the main issues is facebook and I need it for work. I cannot even download the Blackberry version, so I am using another version and still does not work well. I have other issues also, but would love to keep my z30..I am very technically challanged , can you tell me how to upgrade to the 10.3.0.1154, I am currently on 10.2.2.2891.. Thank you so much, Debbie

    Hi Debbie,
    You need to download 10.3.1.1154 and then follow the guide in my signature step by step. You can't go wrong!

    10.3.01154 isn't a bad build but I found 10.3.0.1418 a lot more stable.

    I provided the like for all 10.3.0.1418 autoloaders, if you would like to try this OS version instead.

    Ok..Now I feel like a *****..I am so tech challanged. I clicked on the link for the autoloaders and I am not sure what I am supposed to pick. And does it get downloaded to your laptop or your phone..I need someone to go step by step for me. I am so sorry, but really appreciate it.

    So I don't see any links in the previous posters signature as she mentioned. It's possible we don't see it in the CB app.
