    And.. it's still locked to Passport I'm afraid.

    Yes, it still requires Passport (and Porsche 9983).

    Installed and working on my Passport which is running 10.3.0.1418.
    I see no visible changes on the phone side from loading the bar file, I do hope that they update the PC software in the future ....... right now Blend on my Surface Pro 3 doesn't scale very well and the text is extremely small.
