    Hey guys. My Blackberry Bold 9900, for some reason, the buttons won't work on it unless I lock and then unlock the phone, then they begin to work. And the touch screen struggles to work. I can tap on things, but scrolling in some cases works, but in others it just stutters and refuses to, often randomly selecting and opening things. Sometimes it just goes crazy, selecting random things everywhere. Can anyone help? Thanks.

    Have you battery pulled? Reloaded the OS? Many things can be done to solve this problem

    yes i have reloaded the OS yestesday.....pulled the battery.
    it works good for sometime and then starts opening random things until i lock and unlock my phone
