    I found a way to transfer files using wifi on z10 :
    slideload ( Superbeam ) app from android
    install Superbeam on the other device
    open app and transfer the file
    open the app on BlackBerry z10 and scan the barcode and the transfer will start using wifi with 10+ mbs speed per second

    But I'm wondering why you wouldn't choose to use the Z10's built-in NFC capabilities? No apps required. I do this all the time.

    when I use NFC to transfer between BlackBerry and samsung it's slow about 0,5 mb/s only!

    I see. You didn't mention you were transfering from the Z10 to an Android device.

    Am I right and saying NFC is just a quick way of setting up a Bluetooth connection. So basically your sending a file without having to manually setup/pair with other phone? When I transfer files between z10 and z30 it's slow on NFC with big files

    It doesn't work and will not...i tried... u have to pair with that superbeam wifi direct first and then.enter given ip in ur device to access the file

    I have also used superbeam bro....it doesn't pair directly by scanning the barcode...u have to manual pair in wifi settings with superbeam wifi network..first
