    I ordered a hardshell case along with my Passport on 10/3 from the US site to be delivered there as well. After reaching out to BlackBerry, they told me that the back ordered case is delaying my Passport shipment. They will receive the cases on Thursday October 23rd and ship the Passport at that time as well. Just thought this info would benefit many of you frustrated buyers still waiting like me.

    I ordered the case from SBB when it popped up as available, only to be informed that it was back-ordered. I just got the PP today from Amazon, glad to see the cases will be shipping soon.

    When did you order from Amazon?
    I ordered mine from Amazon US on the October 13th.
