    There could be many reasons why. Let's start with the simple things: do you have a data and/or wi-fi connection? Are they working? Have you tried turning your phone off and on again?
    The last part is a bit tricky, because I'm not familiar with your country, but is it POSSIBLE BlackBerry World is blocked by a government entity?
    These are the only reasons I can think of right now, but perhaps they can be of some assistance to you.

    Could setup a vpn in another country that allows BlackBerry World. Should be able to get access after that

    Everything works fine, data and wifi, and it's no way it's block coz I get masses, try after few minutes
