I have purchased twittly app from my Debit Card but I was charged extra. While purchasing twittly app showed 100 INR, but my account was Credited twice by the Blackberry one for 100 INR and another for Rs 102.46 INR.Please give me the reason why my account was debitted twice. I got the receipt for the 100 INR but for the other I havent got any Receipt it was just deducted and reflected on my account.

Happened to me before, all I have to do was call my Carrier (bough using my Carrier Billing) and told me I was charged twice on the same app. Next bill, they reversed it.

I think if you bought using PayPal you have to raise directly to BlackBerry through.

You can email the developer of the Twittly app, Nemory that you were mistakenly charged extra and he'll likely send a refund.
