    Help I can't receive any text from Telus network phones but can receive from other carriers. The Telus phones can send to fido and receive text just fine

    The Telus customer would need to contact their tech support and open a ticket to see if there is any inter carrier issues happening at the moment. Not unless your carrier is able to determine if the messages were in fact delivered to their network and yet not delivered to your phone. Either way, contact your tech support or the other party contact their support.

    hey Andrew,

    I was ported from Rogers to Telus. now I activated my Passport on the Telus network and all missing messages showing up now. Thanks!

    Good call Andrew. Until the port takes fully, there may be some routing issues. Will need to wait it out.
