    Installed the newest OS (1418) and now icon and font size on the home screen is way too small. Any way to increase it through settings, etc?

    Nope.

    No way to change the sizes. They are fixed to the size they are at.

    While I'm okay with the icon size, the fonts could be bumped up a bit.

    Fonts? You mean there is text under those icons? Oh, yes, look at those TEENY, TINY letters!!!!

    Meaning: I fully agree that the text is way too small. Unless I recognize an icon (not aways the case), I have real trouble reading those tiny fonts. I hope it is due to the fact the 10.3.xxx OS is intended, so far, for the larger screen of the Passport (is the text larger on them?) and will be sorted out when 10.3.x is officially released for older devices. But maybe this is something that should be addressed to BB in their own forums.

    Small icon and font size not suitable for poor eyesight and mid age people .BlackBerry 10.3.0.1418 for good eyesight and put on glasses people.
