    I want to make my contact list. I go to contacts and swipe down. Change icon to dark setting. It says close app and open it up again. I do that and it is still white. I have hard started the passport and still does the same thing. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong. Please help. Thx

    Update to .1418 fixes this issue.

    I have the same problem. It has to do with transferring your information from your old device to this one. I wiped my passport then it worked, until I did a restore. Then the dark theme stopped again.

    And it only works in the separate Contacts app. When in phone and hit Contacts it is still white.

    There is no update on my phone to. 1418. Telus has not released it yet I guess

    So there is no fix untill an update comes then?

    Well it probably broke when u restored your data from an older BlackBerry. Usually that will break the dark theme, I did this with my passport when I restored my data from my z30. I had to wipe and just restore everything but the device settings as that bit will break it.

    I have same problem with Telus. I backed up, did a security wipe, then re-installed with no correction. I was moving from a Z30.
