Used to be able to transfer photos to my PC but now I get the message that "There are no photos to transfer" or something similar, using BB Desktop.

When you plug in your phone, do you see your phone as an icon on your PC? Can you open the icon and drill down to the photos folder? If you can see them there, then you can simply drag them to your desktop. Is that not possible for you? What do you see when you plug in?

I saw the large icon for my phone. And still get the same message as I mentioned above. Pictures > Device pictures > There are no pictures to import from your device.
Clicking on the icon gets me to photos I have already transferred.
But I tried again and got another error message: there is insufficient space to sync files. use a media card.
But I have a media card on the phone with lots of empty space. So I thought to open up the back and check that the card was still there, and it was.
I thought to try pressing it in and wiggling it around a little, and that somehow solved the problem. Starting over, now I can transfer the photos.
    Thanks.
