    I have a z10 with the latest 10.2.1 from at&t and when I try to open android apps sometimes they don't open or take a really long time to open. I have reloaded the os twice and it still does this. Any one else experience this and know of a fix?

    I too have the same issue,no Google hangouts,many other apps don't work

    Upgrade to 10.3. The android shell has no issues at all...

    I'm in the mood with my smooth Z10

    I experienced that when I loaded the 10.3.xxx OS and RESTORED my data/settings. Android apps would not open. I reloaded the OS two or three times and it still occurred. Finally, I did NOT restore and all was well except that I had to manually reload apps and contacts and reset various settings - that was a pain.

    Was running 10.2.1 the latest update from AT&T and had no problems with Android apps. Am now on 10.3.1.624 and I'm having a problem with android apps not opening or taking a while to open. I had done a clean install and did not restore from a backup.

    I've done a back up twice and didn't restore any of the settings either time and I continue to have this problem. Maybe the next official update will fix it. *wishful thinking*

    I have this issue also on some apps (Z10 running 10.2.1.2977)
    It is far less so than the initial OS that came with the Z10 though, so would expect it to continue to decline with further OS releases.
    Some incompatibility issue I guess. The latest issue I found was an app that needed phone control permissions to run and so just quit.

    Same happens to me, with Critical Strike apk. Sometimes I have to open it 3 times before it executes correctly. Besides Amazon app store apk, I don't have any other apk installed to comment about.

    Can't confirm u if it is 3020 or 3060, and one of them doesn't work directly (don't know why I still have mom working apk lol).
    BTW, I have that files in my pc, I'm not at home, but just accessed my pc through my Z10 files explorer. This phone rocks!!!
