Not always, but many times I cannot minimize the camera app on my Z10...is this just me..?

The app minimizes by swiping up from the bottom.
However, as the camera can auto rotate the screen as you move about, the bottom might "change positions" or get "stuck".
If that happens, look for the Option icon to tap, the three dots, put your finger to the left of the icon and swipe to the opposite side of the screen.
