The call volume is crazy loud and I can't figure out how to turn it down. The buttons on the side work for volume on everything but calls. I looked through settings and can't find anything. Am I missing something?

Are you using the speakerphone inadvertently perhaps? Try doing a hard reset by holding down the up and down volume keys simultaneously until the screen shuts off.

Had same issue with music app and rad.io
Brought it back to Telus for swap. New device perfect. Hardware issue? Maybe software?
I was in no mood to investigate given I was still within my swap period.

When on speakerphone it's even louder. I have been holding the phone in front of me without speakerphone when on calls because it's so loud. I will try reseting

Same here. Sometimes volume control buttons are not working. Just a hard reset and it works. Very annoying bug

Had the same issue on speaker phone last night during a conference call. There was no way to adjust the volume. I am putting the latest leak on the phone this morning to see if this issue stays away after the reset.

I am having the same issue and when I hard reset it fixes it but then issue comes back. Very annoying.

Is someone still experiencing this? I hope it's a software issue.
