Called DR customer service at 4:30 pm EST October 9 and was told device was on back order with no ETA for restock, asked for the charge to be removed from my CC per merchant agreement until device was shipped but was told the only way to do this is cancel the order.

This is the same as me. DR told me they would email me in 3 days did not do this called back and they stated they would put it at high priority and i would receive and e-mail shortly. That was 6 hours ago...still nothing. They posted transaction monday so they already got my money but cant give me any info and its starting to become frustrating. I only ordered VIP because i was too late for regular it was not available when i went to buy october 4th.

In their FAQ's it says:

Some people ordered non vip slightly earlier than me with coupon too and got backordered. I think its more of a lottery at this point

Yep I agree..its definitely messed up how they are doing this.

I ordered mine 3hrs before you with non VIP and non coupon and I got back ordered.
