Hey all,

so here goes. I switched from my Z30 to the Passport. I copied only media and device settings (not app data).

Everything works great with the exception of the Remember app. It will not save a new item in the default location. I can't use the call notes feature (it won't save) and I also can't have BlackBerry assistant create a reminder (it won't save)

in all cases it acts as though it HAS saved, but it hasn't.

I think I had this issue on my Z30 as well

Things I've tried:
Linked my Evernote account
used Sashesi to upgrade OS to 1172.
deleted all notes
used Sashesi to downgrade remember app to 1154...with no change. And then back up to 1172 again.

anyone got any ideas?

I REALLY don't want to wipe and not restore...as everything else works great. (I don't wanna lose my autotext mostly)

So there was a new OS released for the Passport. Did you try loading that and see if Remember works again?

Yes, I went from 1054 to 1172 to PassportSQW100-1/10.3.0.1418 and still the same problem.

Did you do a restore?

Yes. I did. I'm really not wanting to do a fresh start. I REALLY don't wanna lose my autotext.

You could do a custom restore of just settings (keeping autotext) maybe and not do apps.

I restored as well. I thought I was going crazy when I couldn't find it, but nope. Not saving...

I hope it's not the restore lol. I'm not touching the software, it's set up perfectly and the notifications telling me to set up "external" finally stopped so it's staying this way!! Lmao

Hi there sorry if this is out of topic, but did you try select a folder to save the reminder? I've tried with my z10 BlackBerry assistant to create a reminder but when saving I just selected a folder and it saved. But my real problem is there's no reminder, say if I set say 'remind me to get groceries at 12pm' nothing comes out at 12pm or before. I could add a calendar entry but I'm just confused now isn't a reminder suppose to 'remind'? Thanks..

I got the same problem...

Funny thing, even after deleting all tasks, the tabs 'view' does still show all tags i ever had (and surprise: when I click a tag it still shows all my tasks, as if they were never deleted). Clicking a Task from the tag view does open an empty 'remember task detail view' (so they might be deleted after all)

drives me nutz
