Phone choice is very subjective. That being said, in my opinion you should consider a Q10 over an iPhone if you want a physical keyboard and IF the apps you use are available on the BB10 platform as either a native app, or an android app that works on BB10, OR if you can find an adequate substitute app. The main selling point though is the physical keyboard.

What apps are you heavily using on your iPhone? There are not that many Q10SQN100-3/10.3.1.632 can not run.

facebook, twitter, instagram (android app, or native client called iGrann), candy crush (android), titans (android), youtube, chrome works perfectly fine.
facetime obviously not available, but you have BBM video calls so it is basically same.
gmail - works perfectly fine with HUB, gives you better experience - you do not need app for that.
yahoo - works perfectly fine with HUB. but I am not using it. actually - people still use it?!
camera - that's not an app... it is in the phone. it is really good!
there is number of photo editing and currency exchange apps. both native and android in your disposal...

but I would go after blackberry passport, actually but that's my perfonal preference. Q10 is awesome phone as well.

    What is that Q10SQN100-3/10.3.1.632 means?

The "Q10SQN" is the phone about which you're enquiring. The "100-3" is the version of the poster's Q10. BlackBerry makes different versions to work on different networks worldwide. Just because your Q10 works on your network does not mean it will work on your friend's network. The "10.3.1.632" is the Operating System that is currently running in the poster's phone. The first part, "10.3.1" is the important thing to know; that's the majority of the brains of the phone and the ".632" is that specific release of 10.3.1 which would include minor features and fixes that another version, say 10.3.1.444 for example, might not include.

    I hope that helps you.

Also keep in mind that the Q10 has a physical keyboard and smaller screen. If you have an iPhone and want a virtual keyboard, you should consider the Z10 or the Z30 touch screen devices. BlackBerry keyboards of any kind are much better than the iPhone.
