    Hi all,

    Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this, or knows of a setting somewhere in 10.3.

    My phone rings just fine, however as soon as I go to pick it up or just move it slightly, the sound mutes. Has anyone else experienced this? All my advanced interactions are off as this was my first thought, but still having the issue!

    Any thoughts appreciated!

    To my knowledge that's a feature, always been like that on my Z10 :P

    Check 'Settings' -> 'Advanced Interaction' -> 'Flip to mute'.

    I'm guessing that's the culprit.

    Ah that could be it, sorry :P
    I have large hands and tend to pick up the phone like a claw, wrapping my fingers around it and probably touching the screen :P

    Nope, but that now has me wondering if the touch keyboard is having a similar affect! Will try to pay attention closely next time!

    even the volume keys can mute the ringing when pressed.

    I just got off the phone with a BlackBerry rep for Passport help. Both my passports silence on keyboard, screen touch or movement.. sucks! She said it is a feature of passport. I said it's dumb.. she said they will look into it..
