    I didn't see an extended warranty on the ShopBlackBerry site.

    The warranty would be through the seller, ShopBlackberry, not BlackBerry themselves. You may want to check some of the other threads, but I think you call the Digital River (ShopBlacBerry) number for support and they deal with it.

    Its not clear where you are from, but if you buy a phone from ShopBlackBerry, you will only be able to get warranty service from them in the country they originally shipped it to. In other words, you can't but it in the USA, then take it to another country and expect service.
