    What os are you using? Is it leak or official release? Did you sideloaded the app or it's preinstalled? You can try reinstalling it. That's all I can offer.

    Try in this order:

    Reboot Phone.

    If reboot doesn't fix it delete and reinstall. You can reinstall by downloading the Amazon Appstore from the Amazon web site.

    Yes I can confirm that this happened to me too. I am guessing you restored from a previous backup. I had a q10 with the latest official Fido firmware and the amazon store installed. When a backed out of q10 and backed in to passport amazon store stoped working. Kept asking about permission and closed when I tried to run. A restart did not solve and I could not delete it either. So I ran ghost commander to delete it and then went to their website to re-download it and reinstall it. Everything is in order now. Hope this helps others.

    Can you explain Ghost Commander. I have the same problem, can't delete Amazon Appstore.

    You don't have to delete the Amazon App, just reinstall the apk. Worked for me.
