So I just upgraded my note2 to blackberry q10. I just ordered it and should be getting it soon. Those of you who helped me on my last post thanks so much for you all answering my questions. Would any of you be interested in helping me navigate throughwhen iI get it? Thanks. I even order my cover and screen protector so I'm all set.

Depends on the carrier I'm guessing. I didn't get a head set with my z30 on verizon. Skull candy head phones are affordable and sound amazing for the price.
I'm referencing the headset comment by the op.

Welcome to the Q10! It is a fun device to use, and you'll find that the keyboard is quite addictive. You're right on time because things will become even better when 10.3.1 is officially released a few weeks from now.

I got headphones here in the UK. They fit very nice in the ear and the sound quality is excellent.

Well I did order some BB ones. Just in case. But I got everything now for it. I told my husband after everything. "I said look babe, you got me this and that for my blackberry." He's like, "I did? okay, well I'm glad you like it!" lol Next month I'm getting the playbook from blackberry. I need it for vending events so people can make orders online if I don't have products on me. I can't wait for my phone to arrive.

I would suggest flashing the OS 10.3.1.632 /SW 10.3.1.396 OS before you get too much of your personal info on the phone. This new OS, though not official, has so many new and updated features. Like setting up Profile Rules, which we haven't had on earlier versions of BB10.

As a new BlackBerry user myself, if you aren't tech savvy I'd hold off loading os leaks. I managed to do it on mine earlier this year but it was kind of a pain figuring it out. It's easy once you do but not so much at the startup. Secondly, and this is my opinion only, BlackBerry no longer supports the PlayBook, so I'd probably get a different tablet were I you. I've never had a PlayBook, maybe you know something I don't. I'm sure others here with first hand experience here can steer you in the right direction, just wanted to throw that out there.
